Artwork is the biggest and best part of our business. However, all artwork must be approved by you "the customer." Text, Emails and this platform can all serve as approval.
The customer is responsible for all approvals before we can decorate. If an order is against a clock and the customer requires urgent decorating, then you the customer must still provide and approve all artwork.
For example: One artwork (All white) may look amazing on a black canvas T-shirt, however the same artwork on a white T-shirt will blend in, therefore it is up to the customer to express color changes as needed due to canvas colors.
Yes! Hats, shirts, polos, jackets and bags etc, are 100% responsible for replacing any items that may have endured a misprint, error, tear, or damage during the printing process. The science and art of decorating is also limited to factors sometimes unforeseen and the apparel can get misprinted or damaged. The customer is responsible to replace said items and then we will honor a redecoration at no charge.
Yes, we offer custom apparel printing services. Customers can bring their own designs or select from our range of templates to create personalized clothing for events, teams, or businesses.
To extend the life of your apparel, follow the care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and inside out, avoiding bleach, and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
